GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. ONLINE SALES

The general conditions of sale below apply to all those wishing to acquire a diorama created by POKESAM, via this website and/or via the social networks TikTok, Instagram & Facebook.To date, only the means of contact mentioned in the present T&Cs are true . The prices displayed for our items are in Swiss francs, and do not take into account the conversion of other currencies. Before any purchase, please take note of theT&Cs.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND

- All custom orders are made in writing, via this website and/or social networks, and cannot be cancelled after confirmation from both parties. Except in cases of force majeure

 

- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once completed and will need to be paid in full if applicable.

 

- Pokesam reserves the right to cancel any orders or requests if the contact person is found to be unpleasant, disrespectful or deemed unreliable.

 

- No exchange and/or refund will be made in the event of improper handling on your part.

 

- No refund is made if the package does not arrive within the allotted time. This is not our fault

 

- The right of return is not in Swiss legislation, and can only be accepted at the discretion of Pokesam.

3. SHIPPING

All orders are carefully processed until they are sent by the postal service. Unless otherwise indicated, a tracking number is automatically provided to people who wish to purchase our items. Optional fees (fragile and signature required) are decided before the order is paid.

We are not responsible for:

3.1 DAMAGE

- If your package arrives partially or completely damaged, please contact the postal service

 

- In case of mishandling by the post office and/or on your part

3.2 LOSS OF PACKAGE


- It is possible that the package is lost during its transport, please inquire with your postal service

- If the address given is incomplete or incorrect, contact us so that we can find its "waiting" location.

​

- If it is notified delivered but it is not in your mailbox, it may have been delivered to your neighbors. Check the surroundings

​

- If it is notified delivered while it is still in transit, wait a few days. If despite this you still have not received it, contact us and we will do the necessary research

​

- Nothing excludes a loss of package even if the coordinates are correct. Unfortunately, packages do sometimes get lost

​

- The delivery time is longer than that indicated. The deadlines are announced to the customer just before the payment of the order, but this does not guarantee that the deadline will be respected.
​

4. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

We are not responsible for any customs and/or import taxes of the destination country. Additional fees or taxes may be added upon receipt of the package. This depends on the rules of the destination country in force and has nothing to do with us. Please inquire about this
